Saturday 1st of June
Today was the singing contest in the village of Xiarnutang and we did the opening number together with the TJU studeents with “I love you China”. During the whole day we could hear the participants’ songs from the site while working on finishing the walls as planned.
The days have been rough, working night hours and after dinner time. The most important thing that had to be done was to cast the slabs. The ready mixed concrete truck came to site on Wednesday and we poured them fairly quick. They also had to be vibrated and leveled.
The end of the week has arrived and we are very close to finishing the walls. The new deadline is now Monday the 3rd so we can start rendering as soon as possible.
